MY OPEN MENU è la app che ti aiuta a trovare ricette e ristoranti adatti al tuo stile alimentare - vegetariano, vegano, allergico, con pochi zuccheri/grassi/sodio, ricchi di fibre - e ti racconta le video-storie dei produttori degli ingredienti delle ricette che hai scelto.
MY OPEN MENU, l'app per tavole più sane, inclusive e differenti, è un progetto candidato per il bando europeo Katana. CucinaMancina, insieme a Holonix, è stata selezionata tra le 100 migliori food startup d'Europa e per vedere realizzata questa applicazione nella sua prima parte - prenotazione on line per ristoranti convenzionati presenti nello store locator e digitalizzazione dei menù - dovrà riuscire a guadagnare 10.000 euro dalla campagna di crowdfunding. Se MY OPEN MENU sarà tra le prime 10 startup che avranno ottenuto più fondi, potrà ricevere da Katana altri 100.000 euro per passare alle fasi successive di realizzazione.

MY OPEN MENU is the app that helps you finding the recipes that fit for your special diet or food needs, filtering by allergens, sugars, veg diets, high fibers etc. and telling you the video-stories of the producers of the ingredients of the recipes you've chosen.
MY OPEN MENU, the app for a restaurant table healthy, inclusive and transparent, is a candidate project of the Katana European competition. CucinaMancina and Holonix have been selected among the 100 best food European startup and to build up this app in its first step - on line booking in the restaurants of our store locator and digitalized menus - we have to reach 10.000 euro through our crowdfunding campaign. If MY OPEN MENU will be in the first 10 startup which obtain the higher gain, it will receive further 100.000 euro to go on with the next steps of the project.
